Flo became a household name by being the best menstrual-cycle and fertility tracker on the market. When you log a positive pregnancy test, Flo flips into its pregnancy mode — which is competent but shallower than dedicated trackers. There's no contraction timer. No hospital-bag tool. No birth-plan builder. Symptom and weight tracking are present but limited compared to ProbaBaby.

We installed Flo on a test iPhone alongside ProbaBaby in May 2026 and used both daily for two weeks. We logged the same symptoms, packed the same hospital bag, ran each app's contraction timer, and explored every free tool.
