We installed every app on a test iPhone in May 2026 and used each for a minimum of two weeks. Reviewers logged daily symptoms, packed a hospital bag, ran each app's contraction timer, and tried every free tool. We rated 25+ features across seven categories.
For features we couldn't test directly (e.g., Apple Watch availability), we cross-referenced the App Store listing, the publisher's marketing page, and recent user reviews. Pricing was confirmed in the App Store at time of review.
Ratings are: ✅ full (feature is present and well-built), ⚠️ partial (feature is present but limited, shallow, or paywalled), ❌ none (feature is absent). Some cells contain a value (price, language count) instead of a rating.
Competitor data reflects observations as of May 2026 and may change. Email us if you spot an error — we update this page when apps ship new versions.
